Beach Body Workout with The Rock

Letzte Woche habe ich - wenn ich schon mal an der passenden Location bin - ein kleines Workout abfotografiert. Die Ästhetik orientiert sich an gängigen US-Fitnesszeitschriften wie der "Men's Health" oder der leider inzwischen eingestellten (die Workouts waren richtig klasse!) "Men's Workout".
Wer Lust hat, kann's ja mal nachturnen. Für Muskelkater und Verletzungen übernehme ich natürlich keine Haftung...
Dwayne Johnson a.k.a. The Rock proudly presents his personal Beach Body Workout:
Push-ups. 3 sets of 30 repetitions.
Kickback Planks. 3 sets of 30 kickbacks for each leg.
One-armed Plank. Hold for at least 15 seconds, repeat 3 times with each arm.
Leg Crunches. 3 sets of 30 crunches for each leg.
'Classic' Crunches. 3 sets of 50 reps.
Superman. Hold for 1 minute. Repeat 3 times.
Handstand. Hold for at least 1 minute.
Well, let's get some rocks for the "grande finale"...
Crunches with some extra weight. 3 sets of 30 reps.
Squats with rocks. 3 sets of 30 reps.
Deep Lunges 'on the rocks'. 3 sets of 30 reps.
Na, brennt die Muskulatur?
